Can anyone help me remember this Chinese Martial Art Movie?

I remember, as a child, watching this fantastic Martial Arts movie. I think it was a Wong Fei-Hung and I think Jet-Li was the actor. I'm pretty sure it's not one of the "Once Upon A Time In China" movies. The plot is somewhat like this: --I think some guy challenged the main character. --They fight by doing a Chinese dragon dance. --While the main character used a dragon costume the other guy used a centipede like one with razor sharp knives on the edge. --I think the main character wins but the guy challenged him again. However, this time the guy fights dirty by drugging the main character and causing him to go deaf. --The main character late recovers his hearing with the help of a man and his daughter I believe. --The main character challenges the centipede guy but this time instead of using a Dragon he dresses as a chicken. If someone can give me the title or a link of where I can purchase this movie it'll be great.
