  1. yes, it is part of my daily exercise. However, you need a real teacher.
  2. There are more than 260 kinds of Kong Fu. In the past, a martial artist would be very serious to choose a student, the person who can pass a series of test, then he or she can be a official student. The other style was the martial artist only taught his family members and he didn't teach other people. Now, things change a lot. However, some martial artists still keep the first style. They want to 100% sure about the student character. We divide martial art into two style. The first one emphasises defence (such as TaiChi) and the second emphasises attack (such as ShaoLin Kong Fu). I think young people like a new style (Jeet Kune Do). It was created by Bruce Lee and it is famous for its practicability and speed. I play Tai Chi, Taekwondo and Jeet Kune Do. They are parts of my life. Except for the regular training, I spned 2-3 hours to practise them everyday. In China, u can find some grandmasters in parks, if u r lucky enough u can become their student. U can find a training center in soprts gyms. In my view, these grandmasters in parks are better than the instructors in sports gyms because they have different thoughts, purpose. The first one want to more people learn martial arts and like it. The second one just want to earn money, so i don't think they will teach u something useful. That depends, the most important is your attitude to it.
