1. Don't know any names but I would say people from Shao-lin - the martial arts school where kids go and learn martial arts from the age of 4-5.
2. If there were any they'd be in the UFC by now. There country knows that their arts are for show so they wont claim an MMA fighters. Maybe someone of Chinese decent that has left the country, maybe then you'll find someone with links to China.
3. www.mmachina.com I'd say the highest level of competition in this organization is perhaps low journeyman level in UFC, maybe on par with some of the smaller shows in US. Best MMA fighter of China? He Peng and Ao Hai Lin are pretty good... if Liu Hailong (Sanda fighter) got off his ass and learned some grappling, he could be a decent force.
