I am looking for live in martial arts programs in Japan and Korea. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks?
I am already familiar with the Yoshinkan Aikido programs. I am looking for Karate, Kempo, Hapkido, and other Aikido programs that may exist. Housing does not have to be provided but is preferred if available. The program must be training intensive. Thank you.

- I know that in the outskirts of Seoul there is a College that specializes in martial arts (Taekwondo, Judo, Hapkido, etc...). I wish I remembered the name... Unfortunately, I know that all of the classes are taught in Korean... Also important to point out that Hapkido is widely available in Korea, but Akido is not... Because you're looking for Karate, Kempo and Akido, I'd strongly recommend that you look towards Japan first as Korea has limited availability in those arts (to be honest, in 8 years living in Korea, I never came across a Karate dojo)... could be because of the long standing (historical) animosity that some Koreans have for the Japanese... good luck!
- There are a few places here in Japan that do it...I will look around. One place to check out - if it doesnt have to be Karate (the two main programs they have are in Judo and Kendo)- is at the International Budo University which is located in Katsuura Chiba Japan. You might be able to learn Karate or Aikido too but I am not sure. You can PM me for more info.
